The Mississippi County Sheriff's Office operates the county detention center and provides its official FOIA request page for existing jail records and booking photographs. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Its two 24-hour telephone lines are listed below. The online tip and general contact forms are not monitored continuously.

Choose the office based on the record or custody state involved:
- For a county booking photo, roster entry, or older booking record, use the county records hub and the sheriff's focused FOIA route.
- For a wanted listing or a safe warrant-confirmation route, use Wanted Fugitives and contact the issuing court or an attorney.
- For someone shown in current county detention or released from it during the short public window, check the sheriff's current or released roster.
- For an Osceola arrest that is absent from the county roster, contact the Osceola Police Department or its separate city jail.
- For a filed charge or final outcome, use Search ARCourts and the clerk serving the case.
- For a person received into state prison, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections offender search.
- For federal sentenced custody or immigration detention, use the official BOP or ICE locator.
